JVI vibratory pan feeders regulate bulk materials from storage to downstream applications.
Custom designed for your environment. Built to integrate into your process.
JVI vibratory pan feeders are custom designed to accommodate headload and flow from storage to feed material consistently at specified rates.
Pan feeders integrate with bulk material storage facilities to regulate material flow to improve downstream process control and equipment life.
Rugged construction.
JVI vibratory pan feeders are used widely across many industries, including mining and aggregates, steel, recycling, plastics, chemicals, food & beverage, and more to feed, convey, and spread.

Application specific.
Engineered to order.
From the type of material and feed rate requirement to environmental conditions, each application presents its own unique challenges.
JVI engineers works directly with our customers to provide pan feeders that meet the exact material and environmental conditions you face.
Pan feeders designed for new systems or to retrofit an existing process.
The JVI engineering team applies advanced vibratory technology to design new pan feeder systems – or a new pan feeder that retrofits into your current process. In retro-fit applications our goal is to provide you with a new, high-performing pan feeder system without the time and cost of changing your existing process.
The JVI Material Testing Lab provides testing of the bulk material properties in a simulated application.
With this data, JVI engineers confirm the feeding and conveying characteristics of the bulk material and optimize design.
Two drive options for custom implementation.
Electromechanical Pan Feeder
Electromechanical vibratory pan feeders are the preferred vibratory feeder in continuous discharge, high-volume, applications, such as discharging bulk storage hoppers and bins like those found in railcar unloading stations, truck dump stations, and surge tunnels.
The electromechanical unbalanced motors deliver long, reliable performance feeding material at rates up to 4,000 tons/hour.
Electromagnetic Pan Feeder
Electromagnetic vibratory pan feeders are designed for light-duty or heavy-duty applications where precision in control of feed rate is required.
The electromagnetic drive delivers 100% feed rate adjustability, instant stop/start capability, and rugged construction for precise, repeatable performance in the toughest of environmental conditions.
Every JVI vibratory pan feeder – electromechanical or electromagnetic – is designed specifically for the application and work envelope constraints. For help deciding which option is right for your application, contact a JVI engineering expert. For immediate attention, please call +1 (832) 467-3720.
Integrated chute work ensures proper material flow.
Optional Chute Work Package
Both electromechanical and electromagnetic pan feeder installations may include an integrated chute work package. This option enables easy bolt-on installation to storage vessels.
Integrated chute work supports the feeder and also acts as a transition mechanism for controlling headloads, ensuring proper material flow from the vessel into the downstream process.
From food grade to explosion proof.
From stainless steel pans required for food grade applications to explosion-proof drives for hazardous areas, JVI feeders are constructed to meet the specific demands of each unique application. JVI vibratory pan feeders are capable of feeding only a few grams per minute up to 4,000 tons/hour. From spices to steel.
